Bicester Dog food was created from a genuine love of dogs and a belief that better nutrition leads to healthier, happier lives. For over 5 years, our shop has been a trusted place for dog owners looking for natural food, honest advice, and products chosen with care and experience. 

Behind the scenes, our owner is a lifelong dog lover with hands-on experience owning and breeding dogs, and that knowledge shapes everything we do. Day to day, the shop is run by a friendly, knowledgeable team who all share the same thing in common - we are dog owner ourselves. That means the advice we give isn't learned from a script, but from real life, muddy paws, training challenges, fussy eaters, and happy tails. 

We take pride in getting to know our customers and their dogs, whether you're completely new to raw feeding or simply topping up your freezer. One of the best parts of our job is meeting the dogs who visit us. From excitable puppies to well-loved old souls, we welcome everyone and anyone into the shop. 

More than anything, Bicester dog food is about community. We are proud to serve our local dog owners, support healthier choices, and be a place where dogs are always welcome.
